System Requirements:
The minimum memory requirement for Ubuntu Studio 12.04 is 512 MB of memory. It is highly recommended that you have 2GB, or more, as some applications use up a lot of RAM.

how to install it in ubuntu 12.04

It's a OS (similar to ubuntu) not an application, you need to get the ISO file, burn it on the CD and install it on your computer.
